GRASMERE BUNKHOUSE

Grasmere Bunkhouse nestles at the back of our main guest house accommodation, it is situated under Helm Crag and enjoys views across the Easedale Valley. Helm Crag itself has some of the most stunning views across the Grasmere valley and surrounding fells and this is easily one of Grasmere’s most popular walks.

Simpler Priced Accommodation

Grasmere Bunkhouse has been set up with 4 standard rooms, each with four bunk beds offering whole rooms or individual male / female beds. The beds are sold as a simpler budget offer, self catered or with the option to add breakfasts or meals as you go.

Simple format rooms with access to quality shower facilities make for an easy stay for individuals, smaller groups, families, or larger groups up to a total of 16 beds.

Having spent many years travelling around the UK and elsewhere I think this place is fabulous. I was really quite apprehensive bringing 2 small children to a hostel having previously only stayed in places in the UK as an adult traveller. It was fabulous. The drying room was fab the showers hot the rooms warm and the staff friendly and very accommodating (to everyone).
